Stalking
We are always faced with the prospect of understanding ourselves with a tool that is, at best, counter intuitive, and, at worst, a manipulating task master.
Yet here we are.
What is the best use of stalking when doing healing work?
Generally, what I do is stalk a position for or with the client. Let's say I look at them and see X is their big problem, but going to X is going to create angst, or a negative reaction.
I break stalking down into three components. First, there is stalking the self, which is primarily what the recapitulation is about.
Second, there is stalking the world, learning to be fluid, detached, and compassionate. Third, is stalking the unknown, that place where all things are possible, other worlds, time, shape shifting, multiple simultaneous bilocation, death, ice cream, you know, the usual. Intent, dreaming, recapitulation, and fear, account for about ten percent of your energy the way it is used right now - stalking accounts for the other ninety percent.
