Hi, I'm new to Shamanism. Just beginning to go down that path as my meditation and life experiences have brought me there. Here's a tiny bit of background on me. -Used to get a lot of sleep paralysis with demonic entities. I always felt a bond with the shadow people and they never seemed to have intentions to hurt me. Even though they are fear incarnate and absolutely terrifying. -Bipolar Disorder has opened my mind up to new energy which I channel in meditation. It's part of how I keep my symptoms in check, and myself centered. -Recently my depression energy has been bringing intense darkness into my meditation and I began to feel the presence of entities. The energy I feel in my body when I meditate feels just like sleep paralysis and it was no surprise that I began to feel the presence of shadow people. Last night, I decided to make myself receptive to communication with the entities. I felt one enter my room as awoke in the middle of the night and I entered paralysis. I couldn't see it behind me, but it whistled a melody into my ear which sounded like it was echoing through from another dimension. The acoustics were otherworldly. I felt the melody was important so I whistled it into my phone, Ideally I'd like to see if this melody comes from anything, to help me get to the meaning of this communication..
