So will you be journeying with your pink mushrooms?  I mean, since you are so connected right now already.

Haha! :) Yep, definitely.

ive been catching up with this thread and the funny thing is it's effecting me musically, hearing the many notes of mycellia breathing their note into the environment.

@StaceyThis and your other post (john frusciante! 😍) reminded me of a music album a friend shared with me awhile back that was using sound from mycelium, but I don’t remember what it was called and couldn’t seem to find it. I found this though and totally geeked out to it :) These sounds are remarkably similar to what I’ve heard in the past.

I am hoping to make this journey and am up for going in any direction that the group would like to go. I have REALLY been enjoying the conversation threads and have found a lot of congruence with my own experiences with mushrooms and mycelium over the years.

I'm currently working on creating my own business and thought to share my new business card design... 😉

Holly, that has to be the most wonderful business card I’ve ever seen ❤️

I will try to catch up on all the posts here but would like to try the journey with you all if that's ok.

I really don't have much experience working with mushrooms but will come with an empty beginner's mind. I am currently taking Recap 3 with @cyfnos and feel like I'm just starting to be able to 'see/experience' the energy of things in the world so I'm curious to see what happens.

Really hope you all have been well. Thank you @HollyH for being a bridge back to the plant forum.

Arlene, I’m so glad you’re joining us ❤️

Another long healing session this morning. I moved into the emotional body and found a lot of buried stuff thanks to the mycelium. This session showed me also how to use it when healing others, the reading of the energy is becoming clearer but I am practicing on me first to get some experience with it.

I found a pocket of grief, I was very young maybe a toddler, I had to go through the anger first, it was a tantrum with lots of rage, teeth clenched, body in huge tension, I was so pissed. Underneath I found despair, it was more like imploding grief. After a while I asked the mycelium how to heal it so it showed me first the interaction of the emotions. The grief triggers the anger to mask it because it is so painful then the fear comes to lock things in place it is applied to the pain, it becomes the fear of experiencing that pain from the grief again then all 3 reach a balance point that way, so I asked where is joy in all that and the response I got was "in not feeling the grief anymore".

Then the treatment was applied using first fire to burn the fear then earth to bury the anger after that coaxing gently the grief with water to it can expand and move naturally finally (heads up this brings surprisingly lots pleasure to the surface) and finally joy is now on its own not tied up to that threesome anymore. and is free like the wind.

Also when rebuilding something with earth it showed me how to sue wind to bring the earth energy to the place it is needed. You can work gently that way adding thin layers of earth until you reach the desired amount.

I feel better. :)

This last session brought out a lot of creativity which make sense now, often pain grief are the motors of creativity. If you mask that then you are less creative.

And we need a lot of creative people to solve our problems as a race.

So I think I'll stick to my idea of becoming a sexy mushroom :) .

beautiful 😃

also those pink oyster mushrooms cammie- NICE CHOICE! do you find yourself staring into it deeply?

well i wrote that i sniffed the black walnut ink and it led me into the earth itself, not to any specific species but just as a wanderer into the general ecology, experiencing it all as a network. last night a dream followed up, something that's been happening in my daily hikes too- always remember to put your emotional weight into the earth. it's not like, an economical "we'll be there for you if you pay" deal, but just literally, you can't carry all that excess weight without smushing your connections.

in my dream, i felt and saw, heard not just mycellium, but black walnuts, , chippy wet soil, dead leaves jumping worms and somebodies memory of a glass of brandy (<---i believe) lol all carrying my intent from massachusetts, to new york, to louisiana. it was about me and also it wasn't, the perspective from which i was seeing was more like i belong to my intent not the other way around, i saw beautiful things happening all around that had to do with me and don't. so i believe it might be good to just choose a starting point and let go from there, embrace the whole ecology as a living being, for myself anyway. it might be fun to start off musically in the air actually, so for sure i'll be listening to that video beforehand @cammiemycellium i perceive to be like organ pipes in the way they reach in the air and "pop" up the energy, sounds popping outta birds at those points, we're all in it.

today i got mycellium bacon : D and ingredient for a mushroom soup, i'm intending on making a very special ((and sexy)) 'spirit meal' for us all thursday night to support our journey the next evening.

wow! and also wow, how you remember all of this!

It's just practice. :)

I had a great day teaching today, one student even started to talk about how to make his practice more creative and came up with his own exercises in improvisation. People seem to like mycelium energy. :) He is very sensitive and can cry very easily even when sharing joyful things and I had to help him stay the course so it wasn't overwhelming for him but he seemed to tap into it very well. Second one too lots of grief so by the end we came up with a healing practice she could do to help her general well being first and then help her piano playing, she remarkably agreed to it.

Since we are going toward winter in the northern hemisphere things might get more difficult for people I think I will be able to soften the blow a bit while still helping people look at what they have to look at. I can set the energy with the mycelium and then spot openings but it is quite interactive so students can find the openings themselves, I am just setting the stage.

Holly, thank you for sharing your card and info. about your business, I love the imagery on the card! I'm glad you are going to join us.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, Christian, you are showing me how many different directions you can work with the mycelium. I have been lightly working with it to look at how they created earth from rocks, way back in the beginning of life on earth. I am wondering if tapping into that knowledge can help us know with weathering climate challenges as the earth goes through the warming period. They were there before there were vascular plants, they were there through multiple climate ice ages and warming ages, they've seen it all, maybe they have some advice to share.

Yes you can feel that ancient energy well.

I tried to start from that feeling this morning and did about a 30' session, since I did lots on emotions yesterday I tried to move toward the contextual my question was how does the mycelium move in the contextual, as you said its history goes back to the very beginning.

Inspired by one of your post Lorrie I got myself some 7 sacred mushroom powder. So I simply used the powder as a starting point moved into its mycelium and rode the energy from there. My intent was still to heal so I worked on a few things but using the contextual energy of the mycelium  to read mine.

It was very eerie and fluid I would touch on something and the mere intent to heal it would erase it right away to the point I did not remember what I just healed, a little bit like fire does actually,.

Then I entered a different realm, I was in a place outside this world it looked barren and sandy and the light was red, even infrared, on the ground was the mycelium but this was ancient mycelium, it kind of looked like a skeleton on the ground and it was surrounded with fog, looking closely I realized the fog was the contextual energy, very fluid and able to move anywhere it was like the mycelium was becoming the fog and the fog was moving out that place to wherever it needed to go. In terms of intent it felt like possibilities.

So I stayed there for a while  and coming back I was very grounded and peaceful.

I used the recap movement for this and ended up recapping that place and that ancient mycelium.

What I found puzzling about this is that a place so barren can produce so much life, it will die at some point I think, the energy is oozing out of it to create elsewhere in the flow of intent but there is eventually an expiration date it seems.

I don't know yet if I can direct it and how but I made contact I will practice seeing the world through it today, I don't think I will get a lot of jokes out of it but it should be interesting nonetheless :).

Hmmm oh!! maybe we could heal it?  Now that's a 1 billion bucks idea!!

Hello everyone, I can't make friday this time. I'll be away staying in London catching up with old friends, and new :)

Here is a poem that I love. I hope the energy of the poem carries you and looks after you into the shroom journey:

Dear Natalie, this is beautiful ❤️ The last line makes me so happy.

Are you usually on UK time? We have at least one other person in that time zone, maybe there’s a way to rotate the times occasionally, so everyone can get in on the plant journeying 🌿

Also wanted to share this trailer for an upcoming imax movie, seems like the fungi are reaching out to the human world :)

Thanks for sharing this Holly, I definitely will check out if it's showing in my area. It makes me happy that Merlin Sheldrake is involved. I've followed his father Rupert Sheldrake for many years as he's one of the few scientists willing to talk about and experiment with energetic phenomenon. I also love that he names his son, "Merlin." :D

I wanted to make a suggestion for everyone doing the journey tomorrow, you might want to dig up some fresh soil to use for the mycelium portion of the journey.  If you can, try and access the most fertile, healthiest soil you can find, taken from the ground and therefore, they mycelial network in your area.

I plan to have some fresh soil and I'll probably go with either some dried, whole "shrooms" I have or some powdered lion's mane I have. I think the whole form mushroom will be easier to work with but there is still potency in the powdered form, so I think it could work as well.

Lorrie.

Yes fresh good soil should work very well and powder form work well for me.

I went in again this morning and look at the place again there are other things living there too at some point I wondered if that other world was simply a different time on earth, it looks so alien and creatures are big and rampant on the ground. Then I dived into the mycelium and went from macro to micro I kept moving into the smallest and found a face like a mixed animal/human face once there I moved backward in the energy like falling back and I was underground in some cave, there were giant things in there too. This looked like some underworld I could stay too long. Then I disconnected.

Back into my own energy I directed the session toward dreaming energy, how is the mycelium using it and first I saw a fire right at my navel, there were no flammes just coal burning slow and very hot (I thought that was a good sign personally :), I did good work so far). Then it showed me how to use fire also electric fire in conjunction with dreaming energy. It's like fire powering dreaming but out there in the world creating something, transforming something, moving. The movement is pretty clear. It's like the whip but on fire and triggering dreaming energy to create an outcome.

That's gonna be fun to practice.

I mostly worked with water and earth in conjunction with dreaming, I used fire only to self-heal in dreaming, so it's kind of new. It's really an application of will. Fire ally will like this and my other would do well with some electricity for breakfast :)....

This was about 30' long and I feel rejuvenated like I had another good night sleep, dreaming is so awesome and electric fire will wake you up.

Hello! Yes I’m in the UK :)

@HollyHI would agree! It seems like humans en masse  have finally caught on to its massive potential for evolution and healing. There are these mycelium “hot spots” around the world that scientists are now trying to map and (hopefully protect), it’s very neat to see and read about. There may have been something about it in the trailer to this new fungi doco.

I’ve also been dreaming about mycelium lately. A dream I had earlier this week is a bit vague now, but it had something to do with time traveling with mycelium, not necessarily back and forward (though I do feel like they’re a library of knowledge), but laterally across the world, communicating across vast distances, not just locally. And then a more practical dream last night where my oyster mushrooms were giving me the green light for picking :) So one last photo shoot before this cycle ends and the new one begins.
